Waitlist privacy notice
This notice covers the “Join the first 100” form on ownworkai.com. It explains, in plain words, what we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
Who we are
Ownwork, a business app being built in the Philippines and run by its founder. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
What we collect
- your name;
- your business type (nails, lashes, brows or other);
- your city;
- your Messenger link or mobile number;
- that you agreed to be contacted, and when you signed up;
- which version of our page you came from (A, B or C).
To stop spam, we also keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address for a short time, used only to limit repeated sign-ups. Our page sets one small cookie that remembers which version of the page you saw. It holds one letter and nothing about you.
Why we collect it
To contact you about joining Ownwork when it opens, by Messenger, text or call. We also count how many people joined from each version of our page. Those counts are numbers only, with no names or contact details.
Who sees it
Only Ownwork. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing. It is stored with the companies that run our database and website for us, who keep it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Until Ownwork opens and you decide whether to join, and no longer than 12 months after you sign up. Then we delete it. If you join Ownwork, your account is covered by our main privacy policy instead.
How to ask us to delete it
Message us on our Facebook Page or email hello@bizaiph.com, and say you want your waitlist details removed. You can also ask to see or correct what we hold, or take back your agreement to be contacted, at any time.
